4、hancement Act (S. 693, H.R. 1838), legislation to enhance U.S.-Taiwanmilitary communication and cooperation, and strengthen Taiwans security. TheAdministration says it shares the desire to bolster Taiwan, but sees the legislation asunnecessarily provocative and potentially harmful to US. security in
