3、emetery management policyand guidance that focuses on industry standards and best practices;administrative and operationalprocedures;and recommendations on burial and memorialization services.Designates the Secretary of the Army as the lead Component head for the establishment of uniformstandards,measures,and operating procedures,and for the establishment,operation,and management ofthe interment and accountability system of record for all DoD cemeteries.
