2、e(DoDD)1327.5(Reference(b)and Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness(USD(P&R)Memorandum(Reference(c),in accordance with the authority in DoDD 5124.02(Reference(d),to establish policy and procedures for leave,liberty(pass),and administrative absences that shall:a.Be consistent with un
3、iformity required of the Armed Forces of the United States according to section 704 of title 10,United States Code(U.S.C.)(Reference(e)and the requirements of Secretary of Defense and Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Memorandums(References(f)and(g).b.Provide respite from the wo
