3、 and Readiness Purpose:In accordance with the authority in DoD Directive 5124.02,this issuance:Establishes policies,assigns responsibilities,and prescribes procedures concerning eligibility and requirements for receipt of aviation incentive pays and bonuses in accordance with Sections 101,204,205,206,334,353,371,373,and 374 of Title 37,United States Code(U.S.C.).Identifies conditions of entitlement and restrictions on authorization and payment,to be implemented in accordance with Volume 7A of DoD 7000.14-R.
