(The title of the bill as passed by the House was the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, but it was stricken before final passage under the reconciliation process used to consider the bill.) The changes in the taxation of individual income have implications for many of the key tax elements that help determine an individuals federal income tax liability from the 2018 to 2025 tax years.
