H.R. 3590, 106th Congress, the ADA Notification Act, wouldamend title III of the ADA, which contains the provisions relating to publicaccommodations, to require that a plaintiff provide 90 days notice to the defendant priorto filing a complaint. Hearings were held on May 18, 2000. This report will be updatedas necessary.
